How LUCKY and FORTUNATE 

GOVERNMENT SERVANTS,

POLITICIANS,

FACTORY OWNERS,

FACTORY CONTRACTORS

are in INDIA  !

And 

How UNLUCKY and UNFORTUNATE

FACTORY WORKERS are in INDIA  !

Let's first talk about 

How GOVERNMENT SERVANTS are LUCKY and FORTUNATE

GUYS, WE ALL know 

GOVERNMENT SERVANTS get HIGHEST SALARY for the POST THEY hold. But 

do YOU think THEY deserve SUCH HUGE SALARY for the POST THEY hold ? Do YOU think THEY should get SUCH HUGE SALARY for the POST THEY hold ? I don't know what YOU think about it. But MY ANSWER is NO. THEY don't deserve SUCH HUGE SALARY at all. I don't understand for what THEY get SUCH HUGE SALARY.

Is it coz of THEY are HIGHLY QUALIFIED?

Is it coz of the POST THEY hold for ?

If YOU are THINKING THIS, then YOU are going RIGHT. THEY get SUCH HUGE SALARY for only THESE TWO REASONS but not for WORK. Wait ... Wait ... Wait ... I am not POINTING at EVERY GOVERNMENT SERVANT here. NO, NOT AT ALL . SOME are really EXCEPTIONS to it. THEY get THEIR SALARY for THEIR TRUE DEDICATION towards THEIR WORK. But MOST ONES today are getting 

for ONLY THESE TWO REASONS which I mentioned above

GUYS, if YOU wanna PROOF on it, then I have MANY. But there is no need to give MANY. ONE is ENOUGH to PROVE. And THAT PROOF is

TEACHERS in GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS and COLLEGES

GUYS, WE have MANY TEACHERS in INDIA today who are misusing THEIR POSITIONS. I mean, THEY are doing SUCH THINGS which are a BLOT on the NAME of TEACHERS. But still THEY are getting SUCH HUGE SALARY. Not teaching WELL, Not completing the SYLLABUS, Not having a PROPER TEACHING etc are the FEATURES of  THEIR TEACHINGS today. But YOU will be SURPRISED and SHOCKED much then when YOU hear the MOST DISGUSTING FEATURE of THEIR TEACHINGS today. Yes GUYS, I am TALKING about BOARD EXAMS here. YOU know what GUYS,

What do THEY do when BOARD EXAMS come ?

Let ME tell YOU what THEY do. GUYS, When BOARD EXAMS comes, THEY THEMSELVES provide COPY and CHEATING to STUDENTS. THEY even carry IT in THEIR OWN POCKETS so that THEY may not have ANY PROBLEM to provide THEM to STUDENTS. Now tell ME GUYS,

Will YOU give SUCH HUGE SALARY to SUCH TEACHERS after hearing THIS THEIR FEATURES ?

NO, NEVER. But THEY are GETTING. And GUYS, THIS THEIR DISGUSTING WORK doesn't stop here. Going to SCHOOL DRUNK and being a PART of  DISCRIMINATION are THEIR OTHER FEATURES of TEACHINGS. GUYS, ONE MORE THING I would like to mention about TEACHERS here. It is -

TODAY'S TEACHER is being APPOINTED as TEACHER by paying HUGE MONEY to the OWNERS of SCHOOLS and COLLEGES not by TALENT

THIS is the CURRENT SITUATION of INDIAN SCHOOLS and COLLEGES today. I don't know 

Where will the FUTURE of INDIA go ?

It's TIME to SPEAK about POLITICIANS now. But what do I say about POLITICIANS? Coz EVERYONE knows the IMAGE of POLITICIANS in INDIA. But ONE THING I will surely SAY

ONLY ONE out of HUNDRED POLITICIANS in INDIA think of INDIA'S BETTERMENT. OTHERS are just to make MONEY and THIS is the REALITY of INDIAN POLITICS today. I just hate POLITICS.

Now it's time to SPEAK about FACTORY OWNERS and FACTORY CONTRACTORS. GUYS, like TEACHERS and POLITICIANS, FACTORY OWNERS and FACTORY CONTRACTORS too are living a HAPPY LIFE. As TEACHERS and POLITICIANS are taking an ADVANTAGE of THEIR POSITIONS, THESE TWO  are sucking FACTORY WORKER'S BLOOD and exploiting THEM . Yes GUYS, FACTORY WORKER'S BLOOD and THEIR EXPLOITATION. GUYS, TODAY'S MY TOPIC is based on

The CONDITION of FACTORY WORKERS

GUYS, WE ALL know

As per the FACTORIES ACT 1948, EVERY ADULT can not WORK for more than 48 HOURS in a WEEK and not more than 9 HOURS in a DAY

But GUYS, MOST of the FACTORIES in INDIA have 12 HOURS WORK for WORKERS. I mean, WORKERS work for 12 HOURS in a DAY. NO ONE would believe it. But THIS is TRUE. THEY work for 12 HOURS. YOU will get SHOCKED and ANGRY when YOU hear the SALARY of the WORKERS here who work for 12 HOURS in a DAY. GUYS, WORKERS here get UPTO 400 RS. PER DAY means 11,000 - 12, 000 PER MONTH. Now tell ME GUYS, 

Isn't it SUCKING BLOOD and EXPLOITATION to YOU ?

With no DOUBT, it is SUCKING BLOOD and EXPLOITATION. GUYS, THIS is TODAY'S INDIA. THOSE who sweat blood get UPTO 12,000 RS. PER MONTH and THOSE who are fooling PEOPLE get more than THEIR NEED. I don't know

What will happen to THIS COUNTRY ?

I just want to ask the INDIAN LAW

Can't YOU see THIS INJUSTICE ?

Where have YOU HIDDEN ?

Have YOU become BLIND ?

I think, the ANSWER is YES. This is why instead of having the 1948 ACT, FACTORY OWNERS and FACTORY CONTRACTORS have been sucking FACTORY WORKERS BLOOD and exploiting THEM for MANY YEARS. GUYS, what I think that 

The AUTHORITIES belong to the LAW is pretending to be UNKNOWN. THEY know EVERYTHING but doing NOTHING. The REASON is quite CLEAR. THEY are BUSY in making MORE and MORE MONEY today. THEY don't want to beg and bow before  ANYONE today. THEY just want to rule the WORLD today. That's why THEY are doing THIS INJUSTICE today. 

GUYS, GENTLEMAN like TEACHERS, POLITICIANS, FACTORY OWNERS, FACTORY CONTRACTORS and MANY MORE like THESE are engaged in selling THEIR COUNTRY today but still NO VOICE is coming and raising. NOBODY is taking ACTION against THEM. EVERYBODY is watching THIS INJUSTICE like a SHOW. But NO ONE is coming FORWARD and changing THIS SITUATION. I don't know

What will happen to THIS COUNTRY ?

But I will PRAY

The SITUATION may CHANGE

INDIA may CHANGE

PEOPLE may CHANGE

HONESTY may COME

KINDNESS may COME

and

NEW INDIA may REBORN
