IF YOU WANT TO BE CREATIVE, THEN GIVE IMPORTANCE TO LEARNING THAN TO MARKS AND GRADES

Yes, I completely agree with THIS. In INDIA, 

It is given PREFERENCE to DEGREES, MARKS, GRADES than to TALENT

Don't think, I am guessing here. No, I am saying THIS on the basis of what I saw and EXPERIENCED in MY LIFE till now. In fact,  I have a PROOF here. MAHARASHTRA, ONE of the STATES in INDIA, is a FINE EXAMPLE of the LINES given here. I am the part of THIS STATE. In MAHARASHTRA, There will be no VILLAGES today where YOU don't find 

CHEAT in EXAMS

Yes, EACH and EVERY VILLAGE which have BOARD CENTRES is full of CHEAT in EXAMS. STUDENTS here are passing the BOARD EXAMS by doing COPY and CHEATINGS and the most UNFORTUNATE THING is TEACHERS here have a GREAT SUPPORT to THEM. THEY THEMSELVES provide COPY and CHEATINGS to THEM. MY NATIVE PLACE ' TAKALGHAT ' which is in NAGPUR DISTRICT is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of it. EVERY YEAR, STUDENTS here pass the BOARD EXAMS by doing COPY and CHEATINGS coz THEY are taught to give importance to PERCENTAGE not LEARNING. THIS is ONE of the MISFORTUNES in THIS COUNTRY and more than that the BIGGEST MISFORTUNE of THIS COUNTRY is 

MARKS are APPRECIATED here but not TALENT 

THIS is why STUDENTS here give IMPORTANCE to MARKS than of  LEARNING. THEY know that if THEY want a BETTER COLLEGE to proceed for FURTHER EDUCATION, THEY have to get GOOD MARKS. As a result, THEY study THAT WAY. THEY succeed in THEIR PLAN but CREATIVITY is missing in THEM. I mean, THEY pass the EXAM but learn NOTHING. Again the PART I belong  to is a FINE EXAMPLE of MY SAYINGS. THIS MY NATIVE PLACE has SO MANY SCHOOLS and COLLEGES but except ONE or TWO TEACHERS, the REST ONES are BAD here. THEY don't even teach well but support STUDENTS to CHEAT and THIS has been going on for MANY YEARS here and still going on but yet no ACTION and EVERYBODY says MAHARASHTRA is developing but its not TRUE. MAHARASHTRA is developing from OUTSIDE but from INSIDE, It is still EMPTY. EDUCATION, CLEANLINESS, YOUTH GENERATION is still a QUESTION here. The REAL DEVELOPMENT is INSIDE coz 

COUNTRY stands on INSIDE PROPAGANDA. When INSIDE PROPAGANDA develops, OUTSIDE PROPAGANDA will automatically develop

YOU know what, THIS POLICY of giving importance to MARKS not LEARNING is RESPONSIBLE for having BAD EDUCATION SYSTEM in some part of INDIA. The GOVERNMENT POLICY is  

THEY want a GOOD RESULT from SCHOOLS and COLLEGES. If not, THEY will be dismissed by YOU. As a result, THEY give a GOOD RESULT and save THEIR JOBS. THIS THINKING gives BIRTH to CRIME and CRIME is 

STUDENTS pass the EXAMINATIONS by doing COPY and CHEATINGS with the full support of THEIR TEACHERS. What will happen to THIS POLICY, GOD know ?

At last, I just want to say ONE THING here that when WE give IMPORTANCE to LEARNING,     MARKS, GRADES, PERCENTAGE will get down and that day, a COUNTRY will be reborn.
