But YOU know what GUYS , There is ONE MORE EXERCISE which have MANY BENEFITS and which keep US FIT and STRONG just like the EXERCISES  I mentioned ABOVE . Yes MY DEAR GUYS , the EXERCISE I am TALKING about here is

GUYS , CYCLING has MANY BENEFITS which YOU can't even IMAGINE in YOUR DREMS as well . Now what BENEFITS CYCLING has and what IMPORTANT ROLE IT plays to maintain OUR HEALTH is the POINT of  MAKING THIS MY POST today . So GET READY then to SEE the BENEFITS of  CYCLING . Here comes IT !

     Yes GUYS , CYCLING can STRENGTHEN

     against CERTAIN KINDS of  CANCERS .

     Yes GUYS , CYCLING is GOOD for

     TONING and BUILDING OUR MUSCLES,

     ESPECIALLY OUR CALVES , OUR

     THIGHS and OUR REAR END . IT makes

     THESE STRONG and THESE make

     HEALTH STRONG .

     HEALTH


     Yes GUYS , RIDING A CYCLE helps US  

     to make OUR MENTALITY STRONG . 

     And YOU know VERY WELL


     What happens when MENTALITY

     becomes STRONG . Yes , POSTIVE

     THOUGHTS start RISING .



*   CYCLING is GOOD for OUR HEART 


     Yes GUYS , CYCLING decreases in the

     RISK of  CORONARY HEART DISEASE 

     and improves CARDIOVASCULAR 

     FITNESS . And YOU know VERY WELL


     What happens When 

     CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS

     improves . Yes , OUR HEALTH becomes

     FEARLESS  and  IT has NO THREAT of

     ANY KIND of  ATTACK to BODY at all .



*   CYCLING is GOOD for OUR

     CO - ORDINATION


     GUYS , if I am not WRONG 


     CYCLING means MOVING FEET

     around in CIRCLES and STEERING

     with BOTH HANDS . It means , THIS

     improves OUR CO - ORDINATION 

     skills BEAUTIFULLY . And YOU know 

     VERY WELL ,


     What happens when OUR CO - 

     ORDINATION SKILLS improve . Yes , IT

     maintains OUR HEALTH STRONGLY 

     and SMARTLY and never poses a 

     GREAT DANGER .



*   CYCLING is GOOD for OUR

     WAISTLINE


     Yes GUYS , CYCLING burns a LOT of

     CALORIES while riding IT , 

     ESPECIALLY when WE cycle FASTER

     than a LEISURELY PACE .




Just ONE LINE GUYS I have to say in the HONOUR of CYCLING 


     

     IT is a GREAT WAY to increase OUR

     LONGEVITY
