GUYS, THIS MAN'S JOURNEY wasn't EASY at all to the way of GETTING SUCCESS. HE too had to face MANY DIFFICULTIES in HIS LIFE. YOU won't believe GUYS, but there was a TIME when THIS MAN too decided to give up in the middle. But a FEELING of DETERMINATION and STRENGTH stopped HIM to go THIS WAY. IT came over HIM and gripped HIM and spoke to HIM , ' Why should I give up ? ' And that too for a SILLY and SMALL THING like FAILING in LIFE. HE stood up and made up HIS MIND to FIGHT BACK. There will be NO ONE in THIS WORLD who doesn't know about THIS MAN and THIS HIS PHENOMENAL WORK 'PANASONIC' . So I don't think I should explain MORE about HIM and HIS PHENOMENAL WORK ' PANASONIC'. But ONE THING I am gonna SURELY tell YOU here which WE call SUCCESS in OUR LANGUAGE and INSPIRATION for THOSE who give up. And THAT THING is
How HE ESTABLISHED PANASONIC
Let's go then GUYS and see how HE established PANASONIC.
GUYS, KONOSUKE MATSUSHITA lived in a SMALL VILLAGE in JAPAN. HE belonged to a POOR FAMILY. And coz HIS FAMILY belonged to a POOR FAMILY, THEY couldn't AFFORD to continue HIS EDUCATION. So when HE was 9, HE HIMSELF decided to leave SCHOOL. After leaving SCHOOL, HE decided to work SOMEWHERE and earn MONEY to support HIS FAMILY. Luckily, HE joined a SMALL SHOP. YOU won't believe GUYS, HE did ALL TYPES of DIRTY WORKS there. SUCH AS - CLEANING the STORE, Taking CARE of HIS EMPLOYER'S CHILDREN and MANY MORE like THIS. But HE couldn't meet the MONEY which could run HIS FAMILY well. Soon, HE found a SATISFYING SALARY JOB in a COMPANY which was an ELECTRICITY COMPANY of BULBS and ELECTRICAL SOCKETS. HE started WORKING there. But HE did ONE GREAT THING there except WORKING. And THAT GREAT THING was -
When ALL THE EMPLOYEES left for HOME, HE used to take SCRAP PARTS and LIGHTS and EXPERIMENTED with THEM to invent SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY
And HIS HARDWORK paid off. HE invented a NEW KIND of LIGHT SOCKET from THAT EXPERIMENT. HIS HEART was HEAPED with JOY. HE thought HE did it. But HIS JOY did not last LONG. Coz when HE went to show HIS INVENTION to HIS EMPLOYEES, HE was MOCKED by THEM. THEY started laughing at HIS INVENTION by saying IT is USELESS, IT has no USE. Even HIS COMPANY BOSS told HIM that
THIS YOUR INVENTION is just a WASTE of TIME and IT will never WORK in the MARKET
Hearing THIS, HE felt DEFEATED. But HE didn't give up. HE had a BELIEF in HIS INVENTION. HE decided to leave THIS COMPANY and started HIS OWN COMPANY. But HE had NO MONEY and to make HIS INVENTION even BETTER, HE needed MONEY. So HE decided to borrow MONEY from FRIENDS. But once again, FAILURE hit HIS HAND. NO FRIEND of HIS showed ANY INTEREST in HIS INVENTION and refused to give HIM MONEY. Again FAILURE hit HIS HAND. But HE didn't lose hope again. HE kept working in THAT ELECTRICITY COMPANY till HE was 22. Now HE had earned ENOUGH to start HIS OWN COMPANY and HE did. Now THEY were FOUR HANDS to make INVENTION BETTER. Yes GUYS, HIS WIFE joined HIM in HIS INVENTION. HIS WIFE helped HIM manufacture the LIGHT SOCKETS. THEY had a SMALL HOUSE and from there , THEY did the WHOLE PROCESS of LIGHT SOCKETS. THEY produced MANY SOCKETS but ALL in VAIN. Coz THEY got NO DISTRIBUTORS to take THEIR ORDER. And once again, FAILURE hit THEIR HAND. And after THIS FAILURE , THEY had to go through the WORST TIME of THEIR LIVES. Yes GUYS, THIS MAN had to sell HIS WIFE BELONGINGS and PIECES of FURNITURE to meet the EXPENSES. HE had NO CLUE what to do NOW. Suddenly, a THOUGHT flashed in HIS MIND and decided to GO BACK to HIS PAST JOB. For the LAST TIME, HE decided to go on the STREETS and HE went. HE went from ONE SHOP to ANOTHER with HIS PRODUCTS to launch HIS PRODUCTS in the MARKET. But yet again, FAILURE hit HIS HAND. HE had lost HIS FIGHT as HE decided to LOOK for a JOB again. And THIS is what exactly happened to HIM. When ALL seemed HOPELESS , a MIRACLE happened and HE got HIS FIRST ORDER of 1000 PIECES. And YOU won't believe GUYS, HE has sold more than a MILLION PIECES since THOSE 1000 PIECES. IT has been 100 YEARS now. Now HE has 250,000 EMPLOYEES in HIS COMPANY ( PANASONIC ) and a SALES of 65 BILLION yearly. Now tell ME GUYS,
