Today is YOGA INTERNATIONAL DAY. WE celebrate THIS DAY on 21st JUNE every year. BABA RAMDEV is the MAN who is given the CREDIT for making YOGA FAMOUS worldwide today. HE has proven that
YOGA can be USEFUL to maintain HEALTH and keep it FIT and STRONG
And it is absolutely RIGHT. MANY PEOPLE in THEIR INTERVIEWS have mentioned that
YOGA has improved THEIR LIFE
IT has helped THEM to lose THEIR WEIGHT
IT has helped THEM to be FIT and STRONG
IT has helped THEM to work with GREAT ENTHUSIASM
IT has brought HAPPINESS and PEACE in THEIR LIFE

and many more ADVANTAGES too. WE all know that YOGA has MANY ASANAS which helps MAN to get the THINGS which I mentioned above. TADASANA, UTTANASANA, TRIKONASANA, DHANURASANA, KAPALBHATI PRANAYAMA, SURYA NAMASKAR, BADDHA KONADANA, VAJRASANA etc are the ASANAS of YOGA. THESE ASANAS have made an IMPACT on PEOPLE today. This is why THEY do follow THESE ASANAS and do YOGA daily coz IT has made THEIR LIFE BEAUTIFUL and INTERESTING.
WE have a very FAMOUS OLD saying -
It is HEALTH that is REAL WEALTH not the PIECES of GOLD and SILVER
but MOST of the PEOPLE think MONEY is REAL WEALTH. But let me tell THEM HEALTH is REAL WEALTH not MONEY. If YOUR HEALTH is GOOD, YOU can go for MONEY and make MORE but if IT is not GOOD, then no question of GETTING MONEY. Just ONE LINE
HEALTH makes MONEY not MONEY makes HEALTH
So FRIENDS, give importance to HEALTH not MONEY and to make HEALTH fit and strong, do YOGAS regularly. I am sure if YOU follow YOGA, IT won't disappoint YOU at all coz
