SEEING HIM at FIRST SIGHT, I got THIS IDEA. SEEING HIM at FIRST SIGHT, I saw a GLIMPSE of USAIN BOLT in HIM. SEEING HIM at FIRST SIGHT, I thought USAIN BOLT is RUNNING but HE wasn't. That 7 YEAR OLD KID was running. I am sure when USAIN BOLT will see HIM RUNNING, HE will give the TITLE to HIM by SAYING

USAIN BOLT is USAIN BOLT and THIS BOY has just started HIS CAREER. HE is in LEARNING PERIOD now. HE is yet to be MATURED like USAIN BOLT. So just go with AGE and EXPERIENCE.
