As far as PEOPLE are concerned, WE have TWO CLASSES of THEM. 
ONE is RICH and ANOTHER is POOR

The PERSON who has LOTS of MONEY is called RICH and the PERSON who doesn't have is called POOR.

POOR is ignored becoz THEY don't have MONEY though THEY are GOOD by HEART. But THEY always face DISRESPECT coz HATRED, CONDEMNATION, ANGER etc are the BOONS, the GIFTS given by GOD to THEM. THEY are just doomed with it. 

OK, It's fine that POOR has no VALUE today coz THEY don't have MONEY but THEY have ONE PRECIOUS THING which RICH don't even have to and that PRECIOUS THING is 

PURE HEART

Yes, POOR  have PURE HEART and this is the MOST EXPENSIVE GIFT ever which GOD has bestowed to THEM . RICH is RICH by MONEY but POOR is RICH by HEART and POOR never hesitate to say that

Though WE don't have MONEY, WE are CONTENT and WE are RICH by HEART and WE are HAPPY with this
